IVL air flow transmitters

IVL Air Velocity Transmitters
IVL transmitters measure the velocity of air flow and have combined temperature measurement element. IVL transmitters are one of the most accurate hot wire flow transmitters in the market. IVL transmitters are available at different lengths and have optional LCD display. They are easy to mount using adjustable rubber bracket.

IVL transmitters are typically used to measure air velocity (m/s) in air handling units where the flow profile is homogenous. By multiplying the flow measurement with the duct diameter the volume flow (m3/h) can be easily calculated.

PEL1000 differential air pressure transmitters

PEL1000 Differential Air Pressure Transmitters
PEL1000 high quality pressure transmitters are used for general applications in air handling units. The products have selectable range between 0..500Pa and 0..1000Pa, and have optional display.

Ideal example of using PEL1000 is replacing the traditionally used pressure switches for monitoring of filters. By monitoring the pressure drop, the same transmitter can also be used to monitor fans for breakages providing a cost effective and accurate solution.

PEL transmitters provide high accuracy, have unique automatic 0-point calibration feature, and have built-in filtering for pressure spikes (user adjustable dampening setting).

PEL2000 linearised high quality pressure transmitters

PEL2000 Linearised Differential Air Pressure Transmitters
PEL2000 transmitters are a specialist solution for volume flow measurement in difficult conditions i.e. when AHU has turbulent flow profile due to lack of straight ductwork. Therefore PEL2000 can be used, for example, instead for flow transmitters in a short distance after a fan by employing a flow grid.

PEL2000 provides linearised output, removing the need for complicated square root calculation in the BMS controllers. Consider the following:-

With standard pressure transmitters, a square root of the pressure is required to be calculated in the BMS in order to find out the volume flow. With PEL2000 a simple multiplier can be used instead.

PEL20K pressure transmitters are used for applications where high differential air pressures are present. The units have selectable ranges up to 20KPa, and can have optional display.
